Nursery care
For ages birth - four, we offer nursery care in our clean, bright nursery from 9:15 until Communion. Our loving and cheerful nursery staff is there to offer playtime and a craft during the Sunday School hour. During Eucharist, we offer a snack and then we enjoy "God's Children Sing", a fun full-body sacred music experience for babies through early grades.
K4 - 3rd Grade
For Sunday School, our "Middles" class, ages K4 - 3rd grade, has an age-appropriate worship experience via Godly Play. Here we explore the stories of God through play as well as how to live in Christian community. We sing, pray, share a story, wonder about it, and discuss it together. Then children choose how they would like to respond, whether by art or action or telling a story to themselves or a friend. During Eucharist we join with the "Littles" class for snack and Children's Chapel. We love to make a joyful noise together!
4th - 8th Grade
Our older primary and middle schoolers work with the "SHINE" curriculum. They explore topics such as social justice, creation care, seeking peace, and continue to learn about God's people through the ages. These young parishioners attend worship and are supported through an interactive bulletin, opportunities to draw or color, silent fidgets, books, puzzles, and writing/reflection prompts.
